Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via USPS and offer the following options:
- USPS Ground Advantage (Economy)
- USPS Priority Mail
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Heat-Sensitive Products Our candles and wax melts are sensitive to high temperatures. During warmer months, please be aware that products may soften or melt during transit. We are not responsible for heat-related damage once packages leave our facility. We recommend choosing Priority Mail during summer months for faster delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at thehumbledpie@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
